If you value social engagement, honest and open communication and support with new friends, all wrapped in a judgement-free environment with coaches that care more about how you’re feeling than how much you’re losing, Bond is the right choice for you.

Group fitness is a unique and more motivating way to work out, get in shape and start feeling better. Sure. We know what you’re thinking, group fitness classes are just for women. Or, group fitness classes are cardio-based, dance-based, or too hard or even too easy. The truth is, group fitness can be the most well-balanced and motivating fitness program you’ll ever experience. Studies show that those that work out with a group stay more committed, and see better results.

Different every day. Go at your own pace.

Each day you will experience a different 50 minute class that combines cardio with light weights to build a healthier and more powerful you. Plus, you always go at your own pace. And, with up to 9 classes everyday, it’s easy to come at a time that works for best for you. Plus, we’ve now added workouts you can do at home, until you’re ready to come back and join the group.


 What to expect at Bond?

Expect a warm welcome and a supportive and engaging group of new friends. Bond is about community, non-judgement and working together to get better results and feeling better about our journey.

 Our members are just like you.

Bond members come from diverse backgrounds and from dramatically varying degrees of fitness—in other words, there are going to be lots of members that are just like you. We have grandparents, parents, and young college students who are all looking to feel better and get in better shape.
